This Privacy Policy describes how Cut My Rate ("we," "us," "our," or "Cut My Rate") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit cutmyrate.ai (the "Site") or interact with our services (the "Services").

Cut My Rate is a brand operated by Mueller Holdings Ltd., an Ontario, Canada corporation. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Mueller Holdings Ltd.

Cut My Rate is a marketing service that connects consumers with licensed insurance agents and brokers. We are not a licensed insurance agency, broker, or producer. We do not provide quotes, sell insurance, or bind coverage. We are also not affiliated with any government agency.

By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Contact information: first name, last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, state
• Vehicle information: year, make, model, trim
• Driving and coverage information: current insurance status, number of vehicles, additional drivers, homeownership status, traffic violations in the past year, DUI history
• Any other information you choose to provide through forms, email, or other communications with us

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information (user agent, screen size)
• IP address and approximate location
• Page interactions, referring URL, and the marketing source that brought you to the Site
• Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

Information from third parties

• Advertising and click-tracking platforms (such as RedTrack, Meta, and TikTok) may share information about the ad you clicked
• Service providers that help us validate and route your submission

3. How We Use Your Information

• Match you with licensed insurance agents and brokers who may be able to offer quotes
• Process and route your inquiry to our network of partners
• Communicate with you about your inquiry and related insurance offerings
• Maintain consent records as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and similar laws
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of the Site
• Analyze and improve the Site, our services, and our marketing
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and personalize ads on this and other sites
• Comply with our legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

With insurance agents and brokers in our network. When you submit a quote request, your information is shared with one or more licensed agents or brokers who may contact you. We also share through third-party lead-distribution platforms (such as LeadProsper) that route your submission to those agents. This sharing is the core function of our Service, and your submission constitutes consent to it.

With service providers. Vendors who help us operate the Site and our business — hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, lead-routing platforms, customer-support tools — may access information as needed. They are required to use it only for the purposes we specify.

For legal reasons. We may share information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of users or others.

In a business transaction. If we are acquired, merged, or sell substantially all of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such change.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Our sharing with insurance agents and brokers may constitute "selling" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws — see Section 8.

5. TCPA Consent and Your Communication Choices

When you submit the form on our Site, you provide express written consent under the TCPA for Cut My Rate and our network of licensed insurance partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provided. This includes:

• Calls and text messages, including those placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded or artificial voice
• Marketing and follow-up communications about insurance products
• Contact even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

To revoke consent or stop communications:

• Reply STOP to any text message
• Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Email us at privacy@cutmyrate.ai with "Opt Out" in the subject line

Please allow up to ten business days for opt-out requests to take effect. Opting out from Cut My Rate does not automatically opt you out of communications from individual agents, brokers, or carriers you may have separately authorized to contact you — contact each of them directly.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to:

• Operate the Site and remember your form progress
• Identify the ad or referral source that brought you to the Site
• Measure advertising performance and personalize ads on this and other sites
• Detect fraud and abuse

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Some browsers also support a "Global Privacy Control" signal — we honor it where required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

8. State-Specific Disclosures

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), including the rights described in Section 7 and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request, use the channels in Section 13. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws have similar rights. To submit a request, use Section 13. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response within 30 days.

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered information; we do not currently sell such information, but you may submit a verified request at any time.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations (including TCPA consent records, which we typically retain for at least four years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site and our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or by email where appropriate).
