1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cutmyrate.ai (the "Site") and the services offered through it (the "Services"). The Site is operated by Mueller Holdings Ltd., an Ontario, Canada corporation, doing business as Cut My Rate ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Cut My Rate is a marketing service that connects consumers with licensed insurance agents and brokers. We are not a licensed insurance agency, broker, or producer. We do not sell, underwrite, bind, or guarantee insurance, and we do not provide insurance quotes ourselves. Any insurance quotes, premiums, policies, or transactions occur between you and the agent, broker, or carrier you ultimately choose.

We are not affiliated with any government agency, state insurance department, or any insurance carrier whose name appears on our Site. Carrier names are referenced solely to identify some of the brands available through the agents and brokers in our network.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site or our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is your own — or that you are expressly authorized to provide it on behalf of the person it describes.

4. Your Use of the Site

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Not submit information for any person other than yourself unless you have express authorization
• Not interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use bots, scrapers, or similar tools
• Not introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise misuse the Site

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Submission of Information and Consent to Contact

By submitting any form on our Site, you:

• Confirm the information you provide is accurate
• Authorize Cut My Rate to share the information with licensed insurance agents, brokers, and our service partners (including LeadProsper or similar lead-routing platforms)
• Provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") for Cut My Rate and our partners to contact you by phone, text message, email, and automated technology at the contact details you provided — even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list
• Acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase and that message and data rates may apply

You may revoke this consent at any time using the channels described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No Quote Guarantee

Quotes, rates, premiums, savings figures, and policy availability are not guaranteed and depend on factors including but not limited to your driving history, location, vehicle, credit, claims history, and the carrier's underwriting criteria. Any rates or savings discussed anywhere on the Site are illustrative and not promised. We do not guarantee that any agent or broker will contact you or that you will be eligible for any specific coverage or rate.

7. Third-Party Agents, Brokers, and Carriers

Insurance agents, brokers, and carriers in our network are independent third parties. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee them, their advice, or the products they offer. Your interactions, contracts, and transactions with them are solely between you and the third party. Any dispute about insurance products, quotes, claims, policies, premiums, or service is between you and the agent, broker, or carrier — Cut My Rate is not a party to those disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — excluding third-party trademarks — are owned by Cut My Rate or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Carrier names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. The use of those names on the Site does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those carriers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUT MY RATE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions, in which case these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cut My Rate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submission of information, your interactions with third-party agents or brokers, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that is not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute-resolution provisions — will continue in effect.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cut My Rate concerning the Site and Services.
